I am a behavioral science researcher studying what motivates people at work. I focus on how people navigate ethical dilemmas, unclear expectations, and new technologies (such as LLMs and hiring algorithms). In this work, I explore why people sometimes act dishonestly, how emotions like shame and pride shape behavior, and how organizations can encourage honesty and help-seeking behavior. My research has been published in Journal of Experimental Psychology: General, Psychological Science, Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, and Current Opinion of Psychology, and has been covered in the New York Times.
